A U.S. military Osprey aircraft with eight people on board crashed today, Wednesday, off the coast of Japan, according to the Japanese Coast Guard. A spokesperson for the Coast Guard told AFP: "We received information at 14:47 (05:47 GMT) today that a U.S. military Osprey aircraft crashed off Yakushima Island."
