Seismologists in Peru reported an earthquake today, Wednesday, measuring 6.0 on the Richter scale. A statement noted that "the earthquake was registered at 07:11 AM local time." The statement added that "the epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 99 kilometers, and 31 kilometers west of the city of Ablau."
