The administrative committee of Al Hikma Beirut Club announced in a statement that with the start of the Lebanese Football League, it is essential to highlight that our goal in the new season is to form a team that befits the name and history of the club. We have strived, to the best of our ability under the difficult circumstances we are facing in Lebanon, to double the budget for the football team, hoping that our team will match the aspirations of our fans in Lebanon and abroad. We have strengthened the team with 14 local players and players from Senegal and Brazil, and assigned the coaching task to coach Paul Rustom, assisted by a coaching staff consisting of coaches Jihad Mahjoub, Suhad Zahran, Serge Said, and Pierre Felfli, under the supervision of the club’s director of football, the esteemed national coach Emil Rustom. In this context, the administrative committee, supported by the loyal fans, will provide the technical staff and players with all the necessary conditions to shoulder the responsibilities placed upon them. The administrative committee also decided to dissolve the club's fan association and reassign committee member Joseph Mikhail to form a new association based on the principles of the club.
