Zelensky: The War with Russia Has Entered a New Phase

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky indicated that "a new phase of the conflict with Russia has begun." He stated, "The war with Russia has entered a new phase," and predicted that winter would complicate combat following the counteroffensive, which did not achieve the desired results during the summer due to the ongoing shortage of weapons and ground forces. Zelensky claimed that for this specific reason, "one cannot only be satisfied but can complain a lot." The Ukrainian counteroffensive started on June 4, and after three months, President Vladimir Putin stated that the "counteroffensive" had not only stalled but failed.
