Title: Bus Drivers in Tripoli Protest Against Unlicensed Syrian Drivers

Bus drivers in Tripoli staged a sit-in at Al-Tall Square and temporarily blocked the road, with the participation of the labor union in the North and the drivers' union, in protest against the assaults they face from unlicensed Syrian bus drivers on the Jounieh-Jbeil route. Shadi Al-Sayed, the head of the Union of Workers and Employees in the North, raised his voice, calling on Interior Minister Bassam مولوي and security forces to intervene and "alleviate the injustice against the licensed drivers who work hard for their livelihood." Several drivers working on this route also spoke, urging security forces to intervene and stop the violations committed by the unlicensed bus drivers.
