The famous Egyptian oncologist, Dr. Ihab El-Sheikh, passed away while performing a medical examination on a patient at a cancer treatment association in Tanta. Dr. El-Sheikh suffered a sudden cardiac arrest that led to a severe drop in blood circulation and ultimately his death. Dr. Ahmed El-Sawy, the Deputy Director of Tanta Cancer Center, provided details of the incident, stating that the late doctor was a consultant oncological surgeon and was due to retire in a few months upon reaching the age of sixty. El-Sawy explained that the late doctor had previously served as the Deputy Director of Tanta Cancer Center and held the position of General Director of the Cancer Patients Association. He died while working at the association, confirming that he had not suffered from any illnesses recently.
