The governor of the Kirovohradska region in Ukraine, Andriy Raikovych, announced today, Sunday, that "a Russian attack on the region located in central Ukraine resulted in damage to power lines and a non-residential building." He mentioned on Telegram that "the Kirovohradska region is once again under Russian fire," adding that air defenses responded to the attack.
