Tourism Minister: The Number of Arrivals Has Increased by 33% Compared to 2022

The caretaker Minister of Tourism, Walid Nassar, announced during a celebration to launch the "Tukram" application and the "Tukram Your Eye O Lebanon" campaign at the Beirut Waterfront - "The Padel Club," that "this summer there have been 1.2 million arrivals so far, an increase of 33% compared to 2022." He emphasized that "our ambition is greater, which is to elect a President and form a reformist government. We ministers are not the reason for the lack of a presidential election; everyone should pay attention to their work and maintain our Arab surroundings without flattery or whitewashing, as the diaspora in Lebanon has been known in Arab countries for years, and we still appreciate dealing with them with respect so they can respect us. Communication should be on levels from minister to minister, not from a minister to a president or crown prince. Ministers should be cautious with their words to avoid diplomatic crises between Lebanon and the Arabs, and we should work as one hand, collaborating with each other, and find people like Heba and her team."
