Russian news agency reported that law enforcement authorities have arrested Yevgeny Fomichev, the head of a company producing navigation systems for the Russian space program, in Moscow and have charged him with large-scale fraud. According to the website of NPP Geophysics-Kosmos, almost all Russian spacecraft use its equipment.
