The head of the "Loyalty to the Resistance" bloc, MP Mohammed Rade, confirmed that Israel objected to the two tents located at the border and demanded their removal, preferring that the resistance do this. Rade advised the Israelis to remain silent as long as they do not want war, adding, "To impose on the resistance to remove what is a right for Lebanon, and what you consider to be within your territory, neither you nor anyone else can enforce this anymore. The time has passed when you could bomb the Tamuz nuclear reactor without batting an eye."
Regarding the presidential matter, Rade stated, "We do not want to impose a president on anyone, but at the same time, we will not accept preconditions for discussion with you. Bring your candidate and let’s discuss. As for your media noise that we will not accept the national duo to impose its candidate on us, you are fighting windmills and there is no credibility to your claims at all. We are open to discussion."
