Germany: Attacks in the Red Sea "Unacceptable" and Must Stop

A spokesperson for the German Foreign Ministry stated today, Wednesday, that "attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea are unacceptable and must stop," adding that "Berlin is in contact with the European Union regarding a possible maritime mission for the bloc in the region." In a press conference in Berlin, the spokesperson said: "These attacks are completely unacceptable and must cease." He also responded to a question regarding Berlin's response by stating, "We are considering all possible options under international and constitutional law."
