Farhat Ben Qadara, the President of the Libyan National Oil Company, stated in a press conference today during the COP28 summit in Dubai that the company aims to achieve a near-zero target for gas flaring by 2030. He added that the company seeks to reduce gas flaring by 83 percent by 2030.
