The mayor of Bahía Blanca in Argentina, Federico Susbielles, announced that at least 13 people have died after a severe thunderstorm struck the coast of the South American country on the Atlantic Ocean. The city is located near the southern tip of Buenos Aires Province, one of the largest grain-producing areas in Argentina.
