Deputy Halima Qaqar was transferred to Labib Bou Dahr Hospital today, Saturday, after swallowing a large amount of water while swimming in the Jiyyeh area. Reports indicate that "Qaqar was swimming despite the bad weather, which led to her swallowing a significant amount of water." Civil defense personnel worked to rescue her and transfer her to the hospital.
