Israeli Army Bombs Ismail Haniyeh's House in Gaza

The Israeli army stated today, Thursday, that Israeli fighter jets targeted the home of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Hamas political bureau, in Gaza. The Israeli army added that Haniyeh's house "was used as a terrorist infrastructure and often served as a meeting point for senior Hamas leaders to direct terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers."

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee published on his X platform account: "Last night, the Israel Defense Forces attacked the home of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Hamas political bureau, which was used, among other things, as a site for meetings of senior officials of the organization."

During the takeover of the Beach Camp, the army discovered a weapons cache belonging to Hamas's naval force and destroyed it. The cache contained diving equipment, explosive devices, and weapons. The paratrooper brigade also targeted militants and found various means of combat, including explosive belts, barrels of explosives, RPG shells, anti-tank missiles, and intelligence documents.
