On Saturday, the Secretary-General of the "Popular Nasserist Organization," MP Osama Saad, received a call from the head of the Higher Relief Committee, Major General Muhammad Khair. They discussed "the extent of the damage caused by the clashes that occurred in Ain al-Hilweh camp, as well as the damage to citizens' properties in the city of Sidon, and the necessity of compensating the families, especially given the difficult conditions they are living under and their inability to repair the damages to their homes." Saad urged Major General Khair to "hasten the implementation of procedures and compensate the victims, and to provide housing replacements for families whose homes were destroyed and who have been displaced in the city of Sidon."
