Judicial Decision to Lift Seals from KVA Company

The public prosecutor, Judge Ali Ibrahim, issued a decision to lift the red wax seals from the KVA company, which is responsible for collecting bills for the Electricite du Liban institution. On August 24, the office belonging to the company in the Doura area was sealed with red wax, based on a mandate from the public prosecutor Judge Ali Ibrahim, reference number 58/P/2023, due to a lawsuit against the company for embezzlement. The mentioned company is one of the service providers for the Electricite du Liban institution and is responsible for providing services in Beirut, western Bekaa, Rashaya, as well as northern Bekaa, namely Baalbek-Hermel.
