America Requests Israel to Limit Civilian Displacement in Southern Gaza

Senior U.S. officials have revealed that the United States is asking Israel to pay greater attention to protecting civilians and to minimizing damage to infrastructure if it launches an attack in southern Gaza, to avoid further displacements that would outweigh humanitarian efforts. The Israeli attack in northern Gaza was devastating, resulting in the deaths of thousands of Palestinians and displacing a massive number of survivors who were forced to flee to the south of the territory due to relentless bombing campaigns and shortages of essential supplies like food, water, and electricity.
