Hamas: No Prisoner Exchange with Israel Until the End of the War

The Deputy Head of Hamas' Political Bureau, Saleh al-Arouri, affirmed that "there are currently no negotiations regarding a ceasefire, nor a prisoner exchange until the aggression ends and a comprehensive and final ceasefire is established," emphasizing that "prisoner exchanges will take place after the war." In an interview with Al Jazeera, he noted that "the remaining prisoners in Gaza are soldiers and civilians who served in the occupation army," adding, "the occupation has decided that it does not want to resume the exchange deal under new conditions."
