Concrete Mixer Truck Accident on Al-Rmeileh Highway Due to a Hole

A concrete mixer truck overturned between Sidon and the town of Jadra on Al-Rmeileh Highway, coming to rest in the middle of both the westbound and eastbound lanes after crashing into the concrete barrier in the center of the highway. The driver of the mixer sustained severe fractures and bruises and was transported to a nearby hospital. It is clear, as seen in the photos, that the cause of the truck's overturning was the fall of one of its tires into an uncovered hole on the highway.
