Night Reconnaissance and Israeli Shelling Targeting Jabal al-Labuna

Military confrontations continue to escalate in the south between "Hezbollah" and the Israeli army, with shelling reaching deep into border villages. Notably, Israel targeted positions belonging to the Lebanese army yesterday, repeating the attack that resulted in a martyr just days ago. A correspondent from the "National News Agency" in Tyre reported that "enemy reconnaissance aircraft flew all night long and continued until this morning over the villages in the western and central sectors." The Israeli army also fired bursts of gunfire in the morning toward the valleys adjacent to its locations in Baraket Risha and the Rahib area on the outskirts of the town of Aita al-Shab. The aggressions intensified, with heavy artillery shells of 240 mm targeting Jabal al-Labuna just past midnight, marking the first time such shells have been used since the onset of the Gaza war, with their echoes heard in the south.
