Arrest of the Killer Doll

The police in Mexico have arrested the doll Chucky, the star of the famous horror film series also known as "The Devil's Toy" or "The Killer Doll," after it was used by its owner to frighten people, according to the American newspaper "New York Post." The incident occurred in Monclova, Coahuila state in northern Mexico, where Chucky and its owner Carlos were jailed for using a real knife to scare local residents. The Mexican site "Fuerza Informativa Azteca" reported that the police officer who handcuffed Chucky was later reprimanded for not taking his job seriously. Former Monclova police chief Juan Raul Alcocer stated that Carlos was in the main square of the city under the influence of an illegal substance, indicating that the deceptive duo was arrested on charges of disturbing public order and endangering the public. According to the New York Post, Carlos was later released, but the whereabouts of the doll Chucky remain unknown. The killer doll films are a series of horror movies featuring a doll that kills anyone who confronts it to achieve its desires; the doll's name is Charles Lee Ray, or Chucky for short.
