Title: Mission to Maintain Security in the Red Sea?

European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell announced today, Wednesday, that he will present a proposal to EU member states to establish a mission to help maintain security in the Red Sea. Borrell added to reporters during an event in Lisbon that the proposal will be submitted tomorrow, Thursday, and will require consensus from member states.
