An Israeli soldier nearly lost her life due to "negligence" as she stood next to the mouth of a cannon during fire, in a video that circulated on social media. The Israeli army announced on Tuesday that it has opened a thorough investigation into the circulating video, especially since the soldier deliberately stood close to the cannon's mouth. The IDF identified those involved in the outrageous video where the artillery fired in front of a soldier who intentionally positioned herself in direct violation of safety regulations and is expected to punish them. According to the IDF, "the incident shown in the video is serious and completely contradicts the safety instructions issued by the Israeli army." They emphasized that "a thorough investigation will take place soon and sanctions will be applied. There are no casualties in the incident."
