Qatar's Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani announced today, Sunday, that the killing of a leader of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in an Israeli drone strike in Beirut last week affected Doha's ability to mediate between Hamas and Israel. Sheikh Mohammed stated in a joint press conference with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Doha that Qatar will continue to make further efforts.
