Recovery of the Black Boxes from the Downed Russian Plane

Russian news agency reported today, Thursday, that rescue services stated the black boxes have been recovered from the military transport aircraft that crashed in the Belgorod region near the border with Ukraine. Russia claims that Ukraine shot down the plane, which it says was carrying Ukrainian prisoners for exchange with Russian captives. Ukraine has yet to confirm or deny having shot down the plane.
