Lawsuit Against Biden Accusing Collusion in "Genocide in Gaza"

The Israeli newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" reported that the American human rights organization "Center for Constitutional Rights" has filed a lawsuit in a federal court against the administration of President Joe Biden, accusing him of collusion in the genocide of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. The lawsuit, filed in a New York court on behalf of the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), several Palestinian groups, and individuals, states that Israel's actions include "mass killings," targeting civilian infrastructure, and forced displacement, reaching the level of genocide. The Center for Constitutional Rights noted that the 1948 International Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide obligates the United States and other countries to use their power and influence to stop the war, while the White House has declined to comment on the matter.
