Bayern Munich, competing in Germany's Bundesliga, announced today, Wednesday, the signing of Bryan Saragossa from Spanish club Granada starting next season. The German club stated on its official website: "Bryan Saragossa will join Bayern from Granada beginning with the 2024-2025 season. The Spanish international will sign a five-year contract until June 2029."
The club's sporting director, Christoph Freund, noted that "Bryan is a very fast and agile winger who can play on both sides. He is unstoppable, can score, and has excellent individual skills." He added, "He is one of Spain's promising players and has been on our radar for some time. He will enhance our attacking options. We wish him good luck for the rest of the season with Granada and look forward to his joining us in the summer."
The 22-year-old player has appeared in 14 matches with Granada in La Liga this season, scoring five goals and providing two assists. Saragossa delivered a standout performance during the 2-2 draw with Barcelona last October, scoring both goals for his team. He has made one appearance for the Spanish national team during their 2-0 win over Scotland on October 12 during the Euro 2024 qualifiers.
