Two young men, Abdulaziz Danawi and Karim Fakhani, died this morning, Tuesday, as a result of a horrific car accident on the Beirut-Tripoli highway near the Palma area. Emergency response teams rushed to the scene and transported Karim's body to Tripoli Government Hospital. Following a search by local residents and emergency response teams, the second body belonging to Abdulaziz was later found and taken to the hospital.
