Russia Dissatisfied with Grain Export Agreement via the Black Sea

The TASS news agency reported today, Saturday, that Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin stated that his country "is still dissatisfied with the implementation of the grain export agreement via the Black Sea." Vershinin pointed out that "we cannot be satisfied with how this agreement is being executed... there are still obstacles to our exports." The Russian news agency reported yesterday, Friday, that the Russian ambassador to Turkey said, "Despite ongoing consultations with the United Nations regarding the grain agreement, there is no reason to extend its implementation."
