Renowned American entrepreneur and developer Bill Gates pointed out that technological advancements, especially in artificial intelligence, could make a three-day workweek possible in the future. Gates stated during the show "What Now?" hosted by famous comedian Trevor Noah: "If society reaches a point where you can work three days a week or so, that would likely be a good thing." At the same time, the billionaire believes that technological advancement will not lead to mass job loss, adding: "The increased use of artificial intelligence and other technologies will enable people to work more in areas like education and elder care."
