The U.S. Department of Defense announced today, Friday, that the State Department has approved a potential deal to sell shoulder-mounted Stinger anti-aircraft missiles to the NATO Support and Procurement Agency at an estimated cost of around $780 million. The Pentagon stated in a statement that the primary contractors are Raytheon and Lockheed Martin.
