The office of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak stated on Thursday that "Sunak and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres agreed on the need to increase the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza." It pointed out that "the leaders discussed the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza and agreed on the importance of accelerating the delivery of life-saving humanitarian assistance." He added, "The Prime Minister and the Secretary-General also agreed on the need to revitalize international efforts to reach a lasting solution to the conflict and make progress toward a two-state solution." The leaders met on the sidelines of the final talks of the AI Safety Summit at Bletchley Park in England.
