Kremlin: Putin to Visit UAE and Saudi Arabia Tomorrow

A Kremlin spokesman announced today that President Vladimir Putin will undertake a working visit to the UAE and Saudi Arabia tomorrow, Wednesday. Dmitry Peskov, in response to a question regarding whether Putin would discuss potential coordinated actions in global oil markets during his visit, stated that such discussions take place within the framework of the OPEC+ group, but the matter is always on the agenda. The visit follows an OPEC+ agreement involving the three countries last Thursday to implement additional voluntary production cuts of about 2.2 million barrels per day, a move that faced uncertainty in the oil market.
