Expected Start for Beirut Team in the Lebanese Rugby Championship

The Beirut team topped the first phase of the Lebanese Rugby Union Championship (the tens) organized by the Lebanese Rugby Union Federation at the Al-Ahed Stadium. The Beirut team recorded two consecutive victories against Sharks 24-5 and against Al-Ahed 27-5, while the Ray team won against Al-Ahed 19-7 and then lost to Sharks 38-0. The expected lead after the first phase is for the Beirut team, which possesses a selection of outstanding players, while the first phase provided the Ray, Sharks, and Al-Ahed teams with an opportunity to gain more experience and competition. The championship is overseen by Marwan Azar, the director of the Lebanese Rugby Federation and the Union Championship. The matches were officiated by referee Mohammed Bro. The second phase will take place on November 29, and the championship will conclude in mid-December.
