The Governor of the Kharkiv region in Ukraine, Oleh Syniehubov, indicated today, according to media reports, that "Russia launched an attack on eastern Kharkiv using missiles that are not of Russian manufacture." It was reported that Syniehubov stated: "We are conducting all necessary tests. What I can say right now is that the markings have been removed from these missiles, but what can be seen is that they are not of Russian made."
