Support for Palestine: Protesters Block Street at Sundance Film Festival

Dozens of pro-Palestine protesters gathered at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah, USA, and blocked the street during this annual arts event. The demonstrators chanted slogans and held signs demanding an end to the deadly conflict in Gaza. Many signs referred to the conflict as "genocide." Local media reported that actress Melissa Barrera joined the protest, having previously been removed from the "Scream 7" film project in late 2023 due to her pro-Palestinian stance. Sundance organizers did not comment on the protests.
