The Russian Ministry of Emergencies announced that its workers retrieved 15 bodies from the rubble following a Ukrainian attack on a building in the city of Lysychansk in the occupied Luhansk region of eastern Ukraine, today, Saturday. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that "dozens of civilians" were in the building at the time of the attack and that Western weapons were used. The ministry had earlier reported that its workers had rescued 10 people. Ukrainian officials did not issue any statement regarding the incident.
