Saudi Arabia Plans to Issue Bonds in Three Tranches

The "I.R.F." capital markets newsletter reported that Saudi Arabia intends to tap the debt markets today, Monday, by selling standard-sized bonds in three tranches with maturities of six years, ten years, and 30 years. It added that initial indicative pricing for the three tranches has been set at approximately 115, 135, and 195 basis points, respectively, above U.S. Treasury bonds.
