French Foreign Ministry Deputy Spokesperson Christophe Lemoine indicated today, Thursday, that "EU Foreign Ministers will adopt a new special sanctions system against the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) next Monday." He added: "It will target individuals and financial transfers."
