International Criminal Court: We Believe Both Parties in the Sudan War are Committing Crimes

The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, pointed out before the United Nations Security Council today, Monday, that "there is reason to believe that both parties in the war in Sudan, the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces along with their allied groups, are committing crimes in accordance with the Rome Statute." The war in Sudan erupted on April 15, 2023, between the Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces.
