Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to "significantly reduce the level of violence against Palestinians and stop fighting immediately to allow more aid to enter the besieged Gaza Strip." Rutte stated after a phone call with Netanyahu: "We talked about concrete measures to do this."
