Lebanese Army Arrests Drug Traffickers

After monitoring and tracking drug dealers, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence in the Lebanese Army arrested two Syrians (A.M.) and (A.K.) in the Hayy al-Salloum area of the southern suburbs for drug trafficking. A large quantity of Silvio packets, hashish, cocaine, crack cocaine, and several captagon pills were seized, along with two pistols and a sum of money. The patrol also arrested a citizen (M.M.) in the Shweifat desert area for drug trafficking, seizing a quantity of heroin, a motorcycle, and a sum of money from him. The confiscated items were handed over, and an investigation with the detainees was initiated under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
