Official data released today, Monday, shows that "the annual inflation rate in Tunisia slowed for the fifth consecutive month to 7.8 percent in January, down from 8.1 percent in December." Inflation stood at 8.3 percent in November, 8.6 percent in October, 9 percent in September, and 9.3 percent in August.
