Esteemed actor Botros Farah passed away this Sunday evening, known particularly for his roles in the plays of artist Ziad Rahbani. The late actor entered the world of acting by chance, as he was an employee at a pharmaceutical company. His journey with Ziad Rahbani began with the role of “Mr. Raouf” in “The Hotel of Joy” (1974) and continued until 1994 in “If Only There Was a Glimmer of Hope,” including works like “Regarding Tomorrow, What?” (1978), “A Long American Film” (1980), and “A Failed Thing” (1983). However, the play “Regarding Tomorrow, What?” was a key milestone in this artistic collaboration, with his role as “Monsieur Antoine” remaining firmly etched in the viewers' memory. He left his artistic mark in several theatrical works, such as “I Walked My Path” with artist Melhem Barakat in 1995, before becoming a familiar face in George Khabbaz's theater. He also ventured into cinema with a guest appearance in the film “Cash Flow 2.”
