The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced today, Tuesday, that Israel targeted two sites in the Daraa countryside in southern Syria. The observatory clarified that "Israeli rockets targeted a military site in the Tel al-Jumou' area and another near the village of Naf'a in the Yarmouk Basin area of Daraa opposite the Golan." The observatory reported that there was no information on human casualties. It also noted that the Israeli shelling was a response to the launch of at least three rockets into the area controlled by Israel in the Golan.
