Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky indicated today, Wednesday, that "Ukraine will respond to Russia this winter and will not only be in a defensive position if Moscow launches an air campaign aimed at incapacitating the national electricity grid." Zelensky wrote on the messaging app "Telegram": "We are preparing for an attack that terrorists may launch on energy infrastructure. This year we will not only defend ourselves but we will also respond." In his statement, Zelensky noted that "Moscow's actions show that they realize Ukraine currently has better equipment to respond to Russian attacks." He added: "The enemy understands this well. Initially, they moved their fleet from Crimea, and now they are relocating their aircraft away from our borders."
