The Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported today, Sunday, that the rehabilitation department in the Israeli army has decided to "launch a program to assist soldiers suffering from psychological disorders due to the war in Gaza." It mentioned that according to officials in the rehabilitation department, "teams of nurses and psychiatrists will be formed to address suicidal tendencies in order to assess soldiers experiencing psychological disorders." The newspaper added that "the war in Gaza is exacting an unbearable and heavy toll in lives, physical injuries, and psychological disorders, especially among disabled soldiers of the occupying army."
