Drug Dealer Arrested in the Act

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division, today, Thursday, issued a statement which included: "As part of the daily follow-up conducted by the Internal Security Forces to curb drug trafficking and promotion in various Lebanese regions, on 15/07/2023, after a surveillance and pursuit operation, a force from the Counter-Terrorism and Major Crimes Bureau in Beirut and Mount Lebanon within the Judicial Police arrested: A. J. (born in 2004, Syrian) according to his statements, caught in the act while promoting drugs on a stolen black 'Landee' motorcycle without license plates. Upon searching him, the following was seized: 1- 10 plastic containers containing cocaine. - 36 transparent plastic bags containing salvia. - 21 transparent plastic bags containing marijuana. - 41 transparent plastic bags containing hashish. - A sum of money and a mobile phone."
