Title: Military Equipment and Explosives: Plans of a Wanted Individual

The General Directorate of State Security, Media, Guidance, and Public Relations Section issued the following statement: "This Saturday morning, December 9, 2024, the General Directorate of State Security received information about the presence of a wanted individual (H.M.M.) in Aita al-Shab, in the south, who was wanted under several arrest warrants due to gunfire and throwing hand grenades at a patrol belonging to a security agency that attempted to arrest him some time ago, injuring two of its members. Following surveillance, the Directorate confirmed information regarding (H.M.M.) preparing for hostile acts within his hometown of Aita al-Shab, having equipped himself with military gear and explosives for this purpose. After being besieged by a State Security patrol, military developments occurred between the patrol members and the wanted individual, resulting in his injury, and he soon succumbed to his injuries while being transported to a hospital. The General Directorate of State Security is taking the necessary actions based on the instructions of the competent judiciary."
